Terms & Conditions
By using the Padel Park website (the "Site"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the Site. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Site, or our trademarks, in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Site, translate the Site into other languages, or create derivative versions. The Site itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Padel Park.
Padel Park processes and stores personal data that you provide to us in order to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the Site secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may compromise security features, expose your device to malware, and prevent the Site from functioning properly.
The Site may use third-party services that maintain their own Terms and Conditions.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Padel Park will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the Site require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Padel Park cannot take responsibility for the Site not functioning fully if you do not have access to an internet connection or have exceeded your data allowance.
If you are using the Site outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider's terms will still apply. As a result, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the Site, including roaming charges if applicable. By using the Site, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device being used, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, Padel Park cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and operational. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access our services, Padel Park cannot accept responsibility.
While we strive to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and up to date, we rely on third parties for certain information. Padel Park accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on information provided through the Site.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Site or terminate access to it at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the Site and delete any downloaded materials if applicable.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships automatically renew at the end of the current billing period according to the selected membership plan unless canceled by the member before the renewal date. Members may modify or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting Padel Park. No refunds will be provided for partial membership periods unless otherwise required by law.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting Padel Park at info@padelparkutah.com.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) days before the membership renewal date. If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal payment has been processed, the membership will remain active through the paid billing period and no refund will be issued.
Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for unused membership time, missed visits, injuries, illness, relocation, schedule conflicts, or any other reason except where required by applicable law.
Court Reservation Cancellations
Court reservations may be canceled without penalty up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Reservations canceled within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled start time may result in the forfeiture of any associated booking fees, credits, passes, or other reservation privileges, at Padel Park's discretion.
No-Show Policy
Members and guests who fail to appear for a reserved court, lesson, clinic, event, or other scheduled activity without canceling in advance may forfeit any associated fees, credits, passes, or reservations.
Repeated no-shows or abuse of the reservation system may result in temporary suspension or restriction of booking privileges.
Events, Clinics, Leagues, and Programs
Fees paid for events, clinics, leagues, tournaments, camps, lessons, and other special programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Padel Park.
If Padel Park cancels an event or program, participants may receive a refund, account credit, or transfer to another event, as determined by Padel Park.
Facility Closures
Padel Park reserves the right to temporarily close the facility for maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, private events, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. Temporary closures do not entitle members or guests to refunds, credits, or extensions of membership unless otherwise determined by Padel Park.
Changes to Memberships, Pricing, and Policies
Padel Park reserves the right to modify membership plans, pricing, benefits, operating hours, reservation policies, and facility rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Site, mobile application, email, or other reasonable means of notice.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into Padel Park's text messaging program, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
Padel Park may send SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Message types may include account notifications, reservation confirmations, event reminders, membership updates, promotional offers, customer service responses, billing notifications, and other messages related to your relationship with Padel Park.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and interaction with Padel Park. You may receive recurring messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Padel Park does not charge for text messages themselves; however, your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply.
Carriers
Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded SMS/MMS messages from Padel Park. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

STOP / Opt-Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send additional messages unless you opt in again. For further assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@padelparkutah.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in our SMS messaging program.
Privacy
Information collected through our SMS messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
